Your trades

What is an intent?

It’s how you tell Reiy what you want to trade. You specify the asset to sell, what you want to receive, your minimum payout, and a deadline. The protocol handles the rest.

How is this different from a regular swap?

A regular swap locks you into one route — one pool, one price. Reiy lets solvers compete to fill your trade using whatever route gives you the best outcome: matching with another user’s order, internal inventory, or external liquidity.

What if my trade doesn’t fill?

You can cancel and get your funds back. If you used gasless submission, you pay nothing.

Can I cancel?

Yes, as long as your trade hasn’t been filled yet. Cancellation returns your sell asset to your wallet.

What’s a partial fill?

If you allow it, a solver can fill part of your trade now and the rest in a later batch. Your remaining balance carries over automatically — no need to resubmit.

Fees

What fees will I pay?

A small fee when your trade settles — typically under 0.15%. It includes a volume fee (percentage of trade) and a surplus fee (share of anything above your minimum). You see the net amount before confirming.

Do I pay if my trade fails?

No. You only pay when your trade settles successfully.

Can I trade without paying gas?

Yes. Choose gasless submission — a solver pays the gas. If your trade settles, they’re reimbursed from protocol funds. If not, you owe nothing.

Safety

Is my money safe while waiting?

Yes. Your sell asset is locked in the protocol. No one — not even the winning solver — can touch it until you cancel or settlement executes.

What’s the minimum I’ll receive?

The minimum you set when submitting. The protocol enforces it — any settlement that pays you less is rejected.

Who are solvers?

Execution providers who compete to fill trades. They put up collateral, so they’re incentivized to play fair. If a winning solver fails to execute, their collateral is forfeited.
